How do I reset my password?
If the driver has forgotten their login password, please follow the steps below:
- On the login page, please select 'Forgot Password' under the password.
- Input your email address and select 'request Password Reset'.
- You will receive an automated email from noreply@telematicsadmin.co.uk, which will have a 6 digit token code.
- Copy the token code and go back to the app which will show 'Token', 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password'.
- Paste the token code in the 'Token' section, input a new password that is at least 8 characters long, with 1 capital and 1 number, then reconfirm password.
- This will log you in immediately.
- If an error message appears, please reinsert a new password and reconfirm.
- If error ensues, please contact the team on 0330 995 1996.
