How do drivers access the content?

Once a line manager has assigned a course to a driver on SmartView, the driver will receive a link via email from Courses@matrixiq.com. They will need to click the link and log in using their work email address and the password that they created (If they cannot remember their password there is an option to reset their password, by selecting 'Forgot Password').

When the driver has logged into the Risk iQ Academy, they will see two tabs: Active Courses and Completed Courses.

- Active Courses tab - will show the outstanding courses that they have been assigned.

- Completed Courses tab - will show any courses the driver has completed.
