How do you know when a driver has finished a Course/Assessment?

There is a toolbar at the top of the SmartView browser; Click 'Dashboard' --> 'Academy' tab --> Scroll to the bottom where you can find the full record of the courses that have been sent out, including details such as:

• Driver name
• Course name
• Issue date
• Expiry date
• Course Status
• Course completion date 
• Score

There are also other visual aids on the academy tab, i.e. comparison charts with the percentage of drivers that have completed their academy course, and a table containing the failed courses.
