What am I agreeing to, when I consent to the eDeclaration?

This is to ensure you are entitled to drive specific vehicles, comply with the law and manage road safety. Section 4 and 5 of the eDeclaration, will provide a breakdown of the terms. 

This will enable Risk IQ to run a scheduled licence check, to identify the high risk drivers that have 3 or more endorsement points on their licence, if they have been disqualified, have an 01 restriction (eyesight), revoked licences etc.
