Which employees require a licence check?

Any employee that drives on behalf of their company, requires a licence check. This includes commercial vehicle drivers (LCV/LGV), company car drivers and Grey fleet drivers.

If there is an employee that has been added to SmartView and their licence check is showing as outstanding, but they are a non-driver, please contact My People Services to have them removed from the driver list.
