Who should be assigned Grey Fleet?

A driver who uses their own personal vehicle for business purposes, will be classed as a ‘Grey Fleet driver.’
Please Note: Driving for business can include (but not limited to) travelling to another site, borrowing a company car for work purposes, delivering documents, attending training etc.

To ensure that these drivers have the correct cover to drive for business purposes, in their insurance policy under 'Use', it should state 'Business Use' or 'Use by the Policyholder (in person) in connection with the Policyholder's business'.

These drivers will be sent the Grey Fleet app to fill in, where the information will be collated into SmartView for you to monitor.
